Our Terms & Conditions

Block booking payments are non-refundable. In rare situations, refunds may be granted at the discretion of the instructor. Any refunds should be arranged directly with the instructor, and NS Driving Club Head Office cannot be held responsible for payments made directly to the driving instructor.
If you choose to undertake driving tuition, the agreement is strictly between you and your instructor. There is no contractual relationship between you and NS Driving Club.
When you purchase a split promotional special offer, the timing of lesson redemptions is entirely up to the instructor’s discretion. Instructors typically allow an initial set of hours at the beginning of lessons and the remaining balance when you reach test standard, again at their discretion.
The following rules apply to all Block Bookings and promotional offers: There must not be a gap of more than 3 weeks between lessons; otherwise, the remaining lessons will be forfeited. Misuse of these offers may lead to the revocation of the remaining lessons without the possibility of a refund (Your statutory rights remain unaffected).
The driving school allows a 15-minute waiting time for the instructor to account for unforeseen delays like traffic.
If the vehicle used for your driving lessons breaks down or for any other reason, the instructor has the right to reschedule the lesson at a mutually convenient time.
The driving instructor is not responsible for driving tests postponed or cancelled by the Driving Standards Agency.
In cases where payments are made directly to the instructor, NS Driving Club bears no responsibility for any actions, defaults, or failures on the part of the instructor in fulfilling their obligations.
Cancellations should be communicated directly to the instructor at least 48 hours before the scheduled lesson; otherwise, the lesson will be chargeable.
We retain the right to refuse or terminate a driving lesson if the driver is under the influence of alcohol or any other substances that could compromise road safety.
Booking a test requires the full consent of the driving instructor. We also reserve the right to withdraw our cars for tests without notice if the instructor deems that you are not at the required test standard.
If you are not satisfied with your driving lessons, NS Driving Club encourages you to contact the booking office or send an email to voice your concerns.
All lessons should be taken without a break of more than 3 weeks, and the offer does not apply to individuals who book a test without the instructor’s prior knowledge.
NS Driving Club operates from 9 am to 7 pm every day of the week. Remember to keep the appointment card as proof of payment while taking lessons with the instructor.
